Who we are

ACW Soft Solutions is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in it at office@acw.solutions.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you give it;
• what you tell us about your project.

With your permission, analytics and marketing cookies also record how you use the website (see Cookies below). Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use the details you send to reply to your request, to discuss your project and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract with us, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only on the basis of your consent.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Your data is seen only by the ACW team members who handle your request, and by the service providers we use to run the website, our email and our customer records, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• HubSpot, where the requests sent through our contact forms are stored and answered;
• Google, for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies;
• our hosting and email providers.

Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards the law recognises, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember your cookie choice; they are always on. Other cookies are set only after you allow them in the cookie banner:

• analytics cookies (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager), which show which pages are visited and how, so we can improve the website;
• marketing cookies (HubSpot, and Google advertising if we run campaigns), which link your visits to an enquiry you send and measure our campaigns.

Until you choose, Google's tags run without cookies and send no identifiers. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the end of every page; withdrawing does not affect what was recorded before.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we are discussing it with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a project agreement. Then we keep it for as long as that agreement and the law require. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Technical logs are deleted after a short period.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• send your data to you or to another company in a portable format.

Write to office@acw.solutions and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

How we protect it

The website is served over an encrypted connection, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and we review the services that process your data before we use them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
